I have a charge of $147.12 on my debit card back in March of 2003. I have not received any help from my bank, whom I told that this was fraudent activity. Then I never got any help from Cybershops1 except that I live in New York. Now, I'm not getting any cooperation from the collection agency. Except, pay for it!
Amazing, I have never lived in New York. I would like to get the correct phone numbers and email addresses to contact this despical business.
If any assistance is out there, please assist me.
I do have a copy of the refund request, but the fax number is now unavailable.
