I tracked the package and from Jan. 8, 2001 when the package was shipped, it was finally delivered on Jan. 17, 2001. This was due to the fact that Cybersonic moved from 370 Amapola Ave. Suite 102, Torrance, CA 90501, to Gardenia-Tri-Cities, CA. I have no additional address.
I am following up with American Express and demanding a full refund.
