CPS has transferred the case to 3 differnet poeple the grandmother has done a home study and dtill no word. Texas law say 45 days for a decison. But maily we need some one to help the mother out of jail and a good attorney
to fond out why she is even there in the first place. Please forgive this simple rant as no details here.
Bottom line the defenders offense Attorney Jeffrries is going to loose this case as he won't even visit the mother of whom he represents nor return families phone calls to get the bond lowered so she cange tout and find her own attorney and get her baby back. This sytem is so bad when you don't have a private attorney. And her poor baby is without his parents, who luv him greatly. PS> Baby, mother and father all tested negative for drugs.
