DALLAS County CPS/ Dallas Court Appointed Attorney FAlse accusations by CPS, wrongful arrest, not taken to court dates. Seen attorney 1x Dallas Texas

DPD came in my nephews hone unannouced and without a warrant. They called cps to take the baby who was asllep and proceeded to arrest the mother and my nephew. Mother is now in jail for 2 months without seeing an attorney, not going to court dates, very high bond. Court appointed attorney won;t return phone calls, she has gotten no trials, The baby was in perfect health, drug free never been abused and is going to be 7 months soon. CPS hasnpt tsken baby for next shots an dhe needs to be current. We would like to find a good attorney as we don't know why there have been 3 hearings and the mother is in jail and was never told of the hearing.

CPS has transferred the case to 3 differnet poeple the grandmother has done a home study and dtill no word. Texas law say 45 days for a decison. But maily we need some one to help the mother out of jail and a good attorney

to fond out why she is even there in the first place. Please forgive this simple rant as no details here.
Bottom line the defenders offense Attorney Jeffrries is going to loose this case as he won't even visit the mother of whom he represents nor return families phone calls to get the bond lowered so she cange tout and find her own attorney and get her baby back. This sytem is so bad when you don't have a private attorney. And her poor baby is without his parents, who luv him greatly. PS> Baby,mother and father all tested negative for drugs.
