We are a family of four and had a fire at Dalton Beach Club, one of our little girls is six years old and has respiratory problems and our eight year old little girl used to suffer from asthma. The corporate management denied any assistance and told us we could live there while they remodeled. The apartment is full of chemicals from the fire extinguisher and the kitchen is completely unusable. Unfortunately we did not carry renters insurance and are up in the air on where we are going to stay after Saturday night. We know what we are going to do after Thursday so we asked for hotel assistance from from corporate for five nights and apparently being a good tenant for over a year carries no weight with Dalton Beach Club. I just wanted to share my experience at Dalton Beach Club with anyone who is looking for a new home for themselves or family.
