The Scammer didnt come forth and say he was from Nigeria or Russia. 

I actually really like Craigslist. I use it to sell all my junk that is not worth to sell on ebay. It is totally free to list stuff on criagslist, and you really can not beat free.

Craigslist is not responsible for posts..but they do what they can. If someone tries to sell any bootleg or replica items...craiglist will often delete the ad. Even if the seller mentions an item is a replica...the ad gets deleted if they catch it. Buyers can also flag suspect posts. But they can not catch and verify anything or everything. It is up to the buyers to use common sense. There will not always be criagslist or a savvy consumer or the Lord to hold your hand any time you decide to make a purchase.

What should be well know by now..is anything Nigerian, or requiring western Union/Money Grams is highly suspect.

As far as all these Nigerian and other scams...I think craigslist makes it pretty CLEAR these are all 100% fraudulent. Sign onto craigslist and tell me you can not see this right on top?..What else to you think Craiglist should do for free?

I agree Craigslist doesnt verify anything. I almost fell victum to a car scam, but the person didnt tell me he was from Nigeria or Russia. I soon found out when I really looked into it because the person was so passionate to do business. He would never call me though just email.

You post to educate others to the scams on Craigslist when in fact, the scam is in Nigeria.

Since you assume that others will research in order to avoid these scams why then, didn't you or Danekil heed this advice?  The first tip to a scam is NIGERIA. 

Being a good and decent Christian does not make you less vulnerable to these parasites.

Danekil has worked on a project for me and she IS GREAT. I have hired her for more work and charities. She devoted her time on Christmas to feed the homeless. Danekil Nichols has a passion for children and has devoted time to finding cures. I remember when we volenteered with her at a Children's Hospital, you could see the love and compassion she has. She was reading a book to some of the kids and could hardly contain herself from crying when she had to leave..... Steph, Danekil and others stayed up all night researching and planning on what surprises and gifts we were going to give during the winter. She and I went to the local thrift stores and bought blankets and socks for the hospital children. If you hear her story, you will understand why she devotes her time to children. Danekil has had a rough upbringing and went through her share of hurt and pain. Today she is a completely changed person. It sucks to know in order to give anyone credit nowadays online you have to find garbage-like websites to do so, so when people "google" their names the first thing they see is negative until they open up the link and read the positive. I guess it is due to the world's fansination with filth, garbage, and scams. ANYONE I DO MEAN ANYONE who has worked with her knows she has a heart. She is real big on politics and religion and will make sure you are aware of the current events.

You don't like Craigslist because they don't verify information and you posted here?  This site is notorious for not verifying anything at all.  In fact they seem to actually be proud of it.
