I luckily checked my bank account today only to find a charge from TRUE.COM.
I immediately send a message to my bank to dispute the charge. I also had to call true.com and they said that they would close my account and refund the charge.
I have email confirmations from them dated november 2009 that they had "closed my account". I asked why are you still trying to charge me? They now claim that I signed up for something called "rely id" and they were charging me for that. I have no recollection of signing up for this and ofcourse no email indicating that I had signed up. I also reported them to my bank. After searching the internet, it appears I am not the only one they have done this too.
