DAZZLE SMILE - DAZZLE SMILE PRO took money out of my account without permission...twice in one month unknown, California

About a month ago i was charged with a $39.99 plus foreign transaction fee from Accai Berry it was supposedly free trial for 15 days just pay shiping fee of $3.95, so I called they're customer service when i saw it in my bank statement and they said that i agreed on the terms and conditions when i ordered the free trial online (this ad was on Face Book) I honestly dont remember reading any of it. So I cancelled it right away over the phone and cust. service gave me a confirmation number...

Now I have another charge and theres 2  within a week it's now called WELL B HEALTH its the name that it shows up on your bank statement I've been calling them, but nobody ever picks up. I dont even know what this is, never even heard about them. They have charged my account $79.28 + $2.37 foreign trans. fee on Oct. 13 and another charge of $87.62+ $2.62 trans. fee. Atleast on the Accai Berry I received the product, but this one sounds like a fraud Ive been calling this number 866-796-7366 for 4 days nobody answers...
