I ordered a free trial that required I pay shipping of $4.95.  A couple days later the company did a follow up call where I very specifically stated three times that I do not want a continued or automatic membership.  Each time I told them do not send me additional product and do not charge my account additional amounts.


A month later I checked my bank statement and they had made three additional withdraws totaling over $200 in less than a month.  The telephone numbers on the bank statement were out of service and each withdraw was under a different company name.  I finally hunted down a working telephone number to cancel and attempt a refund.  Their customer service representative informed me that the company doesn't take cancellations when they initiate the call.  The only way to cancel is to call the company.  I asked what the purpose was of calling and asking me three times if I want to join the program.  Poor Victor didn't know.


The company agreed to refund one withdraw of just over $87, if I return the product within 30 days of it's ship date.  My state has laws unauthorized product shipments do not have to be returned, but I am sure they have a legal response to argue they are somehow authorized.  The rep confirmed my email address and agreed to send me return information via email.  Still waiting for that information. 


I am cancelling my bank account today!  I do feel like an idiot for being tricked into this scam, but not enough to be quiet.  I highly recommend you skip this phony deal.  What good are white teeth if your broke and not smiling!
