DBS EQUIPMENT RODNEY D. BAKER NOT A LEGAL REGISTERED CORPORATION IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA - DOING BUSINESS ILLEGALLY CLEARWATER, Florida

DBS EQUIPMENT IS AN ILLEGAL COMPANY WHO IS NOT REGISTERED WITH THE STATE OF FLORIDA TO DUE BUSINESS.

AN INVESTIGATION IS CONTINUING INTO RODNEY D. BAKER, AGE 62, D.O.B. 3/5/1947  WHO CLAIMS TO BE A LEGAL CORPORATION, It  IS FALSE. He is NOT A LEGAL CORPORATION.

The investigation has uncovered information that DBS EQUIPMENT run by RODNEY D. BAKER is not a LEGAL CORPORATION authorized to do business in the State of Florida. The investigations went directly to SUNBIZ.ORG  and to  THE SECRETARY OF STATE, DIVISION OF CORPORATION RECORDS, and found out that Mr. Baker has no permits, nor authorization that is REGISTERED with the STATE OF FLORIDA. The investigation did find a Business under Rodney D. Baker listed as POWER SYSTEMS, which according to records is an ACTIVE Corporation filed on 03/26/2008 and is ACTIVE. Investigators went to the address listed on the documents as 2441 WHITMAN STREET, CLEARWATER, Florida 33765 only to find an ABANDONED HOME that was " RENTED " by RODNEY D. BAKER. According to sources, this defendant who is involved in other SERIOUS MATTERS of INTENT TO DEFRAUD a Merchant of his property and MONEY COLLECTED but was never given to the owner of the property in which EQUIPTMENT was consigned to RODNEY D. BAKER and his fiticious Company. According to facts, Mr. Baker SOLD some of the EQUIPMENT and NEVER PAID the owner his money. This constitues FRAUD. In Addition information was uncovered that the legal owner resquested his property be RETURNED to him by RODNEY D. BAKER who has refused to respond to letters, and Telephone calls. It has now been determined that RODNEY D. BAKER has NO INTENTIONS of returning this propewrty to its rightful owners and is currently hiding from the Rightful owners of the property who have prepared documents to go to the State and District Attorney of Hillsborough County with enough evedence to have RODNEY BAKER and DBS EQUIPMENT put in JAIL on EMBEZZELMENT charges, oir at the very least brought before the Courts. With his past CRINIMAL background, and MULTIPLE ARRESTS BACKGROUNDm ranging from GRAND THEFT, to FORGERY, TO ASSAULT, Mr. RODNEY D. BAKER hopefully will be in VIOLATION OF PROBATION ( VOP ) and finally see the inside of a PRISON, based on his CRIME HISTORY.

Rodney D. Baker has a lengthy CRIMINAL RECORD ARREST SHEET  in THREE STATES, consisting of Florida, Texas, and Louisana. There is an ongoing investigation into the possibility of other States such as Georgia and California that may have additional charges on RODNEY D. BAKER, this investigation is on going and any information that is found to be factual will be used for additional data to show his life ius a mass of ARRESTS and SCHEMES.

Due to the fact that RODNEY D. BAKER is not a LEGAL CORPORATION authorized to do Business in The State of Florida under DBS EQUIPMENT in any capacity, an investigation will commence regarding the possibility of not filing IRS Taxes. This investigation will continue with the local offices on Columbus Street in Tampa. I would assume if it is determined that NO Taxes have been filed, Mr. Baker is going to need an Attorney to DEFEND HIM and his alledged company on charges of tax FRAUD. That will be determined by the INTERNAL REWVENUE SERVICE directly.
