DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from DC Fawcett!!! He is a scam.  Not only does he do everything in his power to not honor his "money-back guarantees" that he offers, but then he sells your info to every possible marketing scam out there.

Despite being a fairly intelligent person, a couple of years ago I stupidly fell for his "InfoPublishing Masterplan" for $997  - with the "promise" that he would refund the money for up to one year.

Although it was two years ago, to this day, I get approximately 3-7 scam calls per day (despite being registered on the Do Not Call list).  I know that it was DC Fawcett that sold my info to these scammers, because it was the only product of this kind I've ever bought online; and all the telemarketers that call say that they have the right to call because "I submitted a request for information to work from home."  That's how they skirt around the "Do Not Call"rules, because they are not cold-calling me; they are only doing me a "favor" by responding to my request for information.  I get calls from all kinds of companies, multiple times a day.  I am going to have to change my number because of this unethical, greedy, lying pathetic excuse of a man.

First of all, he automatically enrolls you in a "free" 60-day trial of his monthly membership plan; and "all you have to do is cancel" within the allotted time.  Just a few weeks into the program, I knew this wasn't for me.  So, long before the 60-day trial was over, I started my attempt to get a refund.  I tried for three weeks to email multiple email addresses AND called the 800 number he posts on his site. I never heard back from any of the emails (and I sent multiple emails to multiple addresses). I called the 800 number one day and it went straight into voicemail - no surprise - and the voicemail box was full. I tried a few days later and the mailbox had been cleaned out, so I was able to leave a message, but I never heard back.

However, at this point it was already past the allotted 30 days for my credit card to accept a dispute.  Think it's a coincidence that the "free trial" is for 60 days? That way, it's too late to get your credit card company to do anything about it, and he's got you trapped.

At this point, I was beginning to accept that I had lost $1000 in an expensive lesson.  However, since he is clearly a fraudulant scam, I didn't want to get any surprise unauthorized charges on my card.  So, I had to cancel that credit card; which was a major pain because I have all kinds of automatic payments set up to that card, and I had to spend countless  hours fixing all my payments.  I figured I was out the money that he had already stolen from me, but I wasn't about to let him get any more.

After three weeks of CONSTANT attempts at a refund, I finally got a response from his assistant.  However, she came up with one excuse after another ("the system is down," "I just got back from vacation and have to catch up on my emails," etc)....and so it took another four weeks for her to process the refund.

I am thankful that I did get the refund, but I had to truly work at it and honestly, I think I was one of hte lucky ones.  I'm sure there are plenty of other victims who never see their money again.  And as if getting money stolen from you isn't bad enough, he has to stab you one more time by selling your info to every known scamming telemarketer on God's green earth.

DC Fawcett gives a horrendous, scammy name to every person out there who's trying to make an honest living online. And I can honestly say I will never buy from another marketing "guru" again.

Thanks, DC Fawcett, I truly hope you get what you deserve.
