On 09/28/2005 Dcf Investigator Renae Creteur and deputy sheriff, we let her in she waves a paper in my face telling me i couldn;t be alone with children, this happen to be a nineteen year old probation report, where i did a plead od guity, it was also an order withholding of guilt. i went on probation 10 yrs. the offence lewd and lascivious act in front of child. year 1986. She did no investigation just waving paper in my face screaming this needs to be fix. when i was finally able to see the paper, i explained to her i was not on probation and been off nine years, her report said i was found guilty and iwas alone with my grand daughter, my wife was setting with me watching tv, renae never ask who she was, she stated i was a predator and i'm not registered, so also stated i would reoffend, this all happen when my son divored and got cousody of his daughter, his ex wife was missed up on drugs, she wanted to be with her daughter, so she made up a story that i was convicted child molestor called DCF and here i am with my name defamed slandered double jeb, tring to grandfather me in the new laws. I have la letter from FDLE which refutes all her claims. i can own firearms, and if found guilty of 2nd degree felony, i would not be able to own firearms. todays date is 12/30/2012 for 7 years i been fighting to clear my name. i have had consulation with a lawyer whom confirmed i was not convicted, yet they wont clear my name, that lawyer wants $5000to clear it, i'm on fixed income, need someone to help me at a lower fee. would like to sue, this also affect my son for thy lied on him. she did not investigate she just lied about everything, wish to hear from others whom have experienced same unjustified charges from dcf. please somebody help me. thankyou it been 26 years and i not been in trouble or reoffended see shes a liar.
