DELL Motors Acting and Lying stating they are a buy here pay here and that you are financing a vehicle to own, but instead they lie when you sign the form stating they ordered the wrong buyer agreement and actual Allentown, Pennsylvania

That being said, it is hard to believe a company would pull this kind of a stunt.
To the OP: if you have the form you signed, please upload it. Also, do you have any of the following info?
Make/Model/Year of car
Cap Cost: (this is the actual cost of the car)
Residual amount: (this is the amount you would have to pay at the end of the lease to keep your car)
Monthly payment, excluding tax
Length of lease (e.g. 36 months, 48 months, etc)

I don't know for sure. Could you explain why someone would sign a lease agreement if they intended to purchase a car? If they were forging your signature, I could see it. If you freely signed an agreement to lease and are now saying that you wanted to buy, then you have a problem.

This is the part I don't get. How are they MAKING you sign an agreement that you supposedly do not agree with? Gun or knife? You are aware that the second word in "lease agreement" means that it is something that you are agreeing to do.
I'm stumped.
