DELL has the WORST customer service.
I order an XPS 1210 laptop online at www.dell.com on 9/16/2006. The order never arrived. Dell people never answered to of my emails. I called and had been put on hold for too long. When I wanted to talk to a supervisor or a manager, either I got hung up or hold for a longer time and the customer service people just say: "The supervisor is on onother call" He/she would then ask me for my number and promised that their supervisor would call me within few hours. I waited for few days. They never called back. They set up a replacement for me and gave me a case number. That's it. All they said is "Don't Worry, OK?".
Until today 10/6/2006 it's almost a month. I do not want to loose $1,005.62 for NOTHING. Advice my HOW TO DEAL WITH THIS DELL, please!!!!! THANK YOU...
