 I don't know why they have not arrested this guy yet. He is still smooth talking all around Alabama. He claims to be a club promoter, club owner or whatever sounds good at the time to take your money. He will convince you into giving him money for last minute costs. And he always says that it will be worth your while. He is very flashy, gaudy, and ostentatious so from the outside looking in you might think he is legit. But be sure to look closer and get everything in writing and looked at by a lawyer. He is still convincing people to invest in his fake concerts and having them sign fake contracts. One person even went to jail and lost his job and a way to provide for his family. All because one of his ex girlfriends was upset she didn't get her money for a concert that never happened. So being bitter she reported it to the police and conventionally Demetrius knew not to put his name on the contract and convinced his friend to do it. His friend trusting him stupidly agreed. And his life has been in turmoil ever since. That was 2013. Here it is 2016 and he is still pretending to be a businessman when he is really a con man because he learned from his mom. He needs to pay what he owes but I guess he is really broke. He has a few minions that follow him because they are naive. They give him their money in hopes of a return on their investment. But sadly they never get paid in full which is always the case. Outrageously it is always someone else's fault why Demetrius doesn't have the money to pay what he owes. He recently brought Porsha Williams to a club in Montgomery and convinced his minions to help fund that with promises of making more money. That was a lie nobody got paid, except perhaps club owners. The next day he brought Rasheeda Frost and is scrambling around trying to fix the loss of that failed business endeavor. It's the same old song with everything he touches. So stay away. And pay attention to all the red flags and your gut instincts. He is a con man and will scam anyone even your mother! He is always working on a new target like his current girlfriend who might get some money from a car accident she had. He does not care about Black people or else he wouldn't be scamming them. There is nothing successful about breaking even on a party.

I usually don't comment on foolishness. But to see this same person try to slander and bring down a black man thay is actually young and successful is insane. I know Mr. Blankenship personally and not only has he helped alot of people he's also the type of guy that will give you the shirt off of his back if you really need it. Please stop the hating and slander you're only making a fool of yourself. I'm surprised that you haven't claimed that he was apart of the illuminati or some crap. Be blessed and know that just because someone is business savy and smart doesn't mean there hard work doesn't deserve respect. Salute a young black man thats well connected and respected by those at the top...instead of trying to bring them down!

He has been successful for the past 9 years in the Entertainment industry and has employed over 300 people throughout the Southeast. Recently he has done events with artist such as Future, Gucci Mane, Young Jeezy, Rocko, and Rick Ross just to name a few. Wow, I did not know that there were other individuals who had their money taken by Demetrius!  He owes me money from last year when I did some promotions with him.  I was never compensated for my work.  He is a shady individual.  Tries to smooth talk everyone into thinking he's "The Next Diddy".  I don't know who you are who posted this but, let me know if there are others like you who have had their money taken by this con artist.
