I packaged it up & sent it bk, I told them what happened & told them to credit my account with my mastercard.i waited & heard nothing so when i got my statement no credit was on it.I just now have the number to call . They will not return my calls. I wouldn"t advise anyone to deal with this company.They are lying to their customers.

Call the credit card company of the card number you gave them and just tell them you lost your card. This is way easier than opening a "dispute" and is instantaneous. They will immediately de-activate the card so that no new charges can post to it. They will send you a new card---with a new card number that the bogus company does not have! Ha ha! They will not be able to bill you ever again.
