Needless to say after emailing a couple of times - holding on for no one to answer and making three calls surprising got to talk with some one who refused to credit order because they stated your trial started when you ordered product. If you order this product - call to cancel if you have not received it.
They are supposed to credit the account "we shall see" reported to credit card company and then will report to better business bureau if they do not take care of this issue. [continued below]....

They also charge a restocking fee! This free trial will cost you close to twelve dollars! Sorry I can not tell you if it works or not.
There is trouble when you spend 12.00 to have a look see.
