THIS COME FROM A VERY MAD COSTUMER OF DIRECT USA FOODS .I WAS APROACH BY THIS SALES MAN FROM THIS FOOD COMPANY AND HE WAS SELLING MEAT AND I KIND FELT SORRY FOR THE GUY BECAUSE HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAD TRAVEL SO MUCH FROM SAN ANTONIO ALL THAT WAY AND HE HAD NOT SELL ANY MEAT AND THAT WAS NOT GOING TO ANY MONEY. SO I BUY A BOX OF MEAT WHICH HE OFFER IT TO ME FOR 170 DOLLARS.GOOD I BUY IT ,BUT WHEN I GOT MY BANK STATEMENT HE HAD CHARGE ME TWO OTHER BOXES FOR A TOTAL ADITTIONAL COST OF $270 DOLLARS EXTRA. BE CAREFULL EVERY BODY OUT THERE DO NOT BUY ANY FOOD FROM THIS COMPANY THEYARE SCAMMER AND ROBBERS. TO THIS DAY THEY HAVEN'T RETUND MY MONEY BACK .ALSO I ALREADY FILE A REPORT TO THE BETTER BUSSINESS BEAURU IN AUSTIN TEXAS. THE NAME OF THE SALES MAN WAS ROBERT BADANO.

I Robert Badano was just notified by one of my long time satisfied customers that this report was posted about me. I wanted to clarify and clear my name of what actually happened.
While charging out the total amount for the case of meat that Mr. Ruben Ruiz purchased, I accidentally charged out $270, Instead of the correct amount of $170. Once I printed the receipt I realized my mistake and brought it to Rubens attention I apologized and got on the phone with the credit card department and they walked me through the refund process, I then gave Mr. Ruiz his cancelation receipt of $270 and charged the correct amount to his credit card of $170
Mr. Ruiz a few weeks later contacted my company stating that the refund was not applied to his account, Mr. Ruiz was asked to submit a copy of the statement to review which he did, when we received the bank statement there in plain black and white was the transaction for the credit of $270a pplied the same date of sale.
Mr. Ruben Ruiz I would much appreciate if you would remove this posting due to this false reporting. I dont appreciate my good reputation and my name being slandered.
I have copies of the bank statement and proof that your report is based on false information. I did the right thing in catching and canceling my mistake now you should do the right thing too.

I purchased a case of a variety of meat from a driver that drove through our neighborhood in San Antonio, Texas. I guess I was lucky because I had no problem whatsoever with my purchase and both my husband and I just loved all of the meat....from the beef to the seafood to the chicken. Not sure what all the complaints are about with the food because we didn't experience anything bad with our purchase at all.
