was shut off by direct tv with account up to date for called them about it was shut off, called and they sent box for equipment sent back told them when they called told them was returning equipment.
they sent me bill for equipment that was sent back and they received .
then they stole almost 800.00 dollars out of my and my moms account that caused my mom to be displaced out of nursing home after I got a accused for stealing that amount and had to get taken to jail and checked out which was found out that it wasn’t true that I stole the money that direct tv did had bank stop it and fight it but wasn’t able to get a hold of you to report the handling and theft and the wrong treatment of my mom where she had to be moved to another nursing home in which she almost died for their treatment.
moved her back to first home where she lived for along time but in bad case for she was neglected at the second home.
