 Sunday I was sitting at my table writing checks to pay bills, I got online to check my bank account and found that DIRECTV drafted $696.00 out of my account! I DONT EVEN HAVE DIRECTV! Nor have I ever! So I google the phone # and call them and they tell me that my card is attached to an account, my sisters account, they also remind me of 3 months ago when I let my sister put money into my account to pay her bill... 
 I remember that day I had to get on the phone and authorize a ONE TIME PAYMENT for $129.99. So the man Cory Ruduff that I spoke to at customer service told me that they would refund the money but it would take 48 hours, I got his ID # and everything.
 So it is Wednesday 72 hours later I still have not received the refund, I call back and AGAIN they tell me something else, it will be 10 days (well 7 now) before they can issue my refund. I went to the bank today and they said I had to fill out some forms but it will take the 7-14 days to reverse the charges. Problem is I have $26.06 in the bank Friday my check will go into my account and then Saturday my $748.00 mortgage payment will automatically (try) to draft out of my account. These people don't realize that my this $700 is going to make ALL of my bills late and cause my bank to be overdrafted, My mortgage company is not the same as my bank account so the mortgage company does not care about my excuse, nor does the power company, water company, att for my cell and internet... I do NOT know what to do! I have four kids, and my wife just had surgery after Saturday we will not have a penny to our name for groceries, gas for me to get back and fourth to work.

My sister is in Iraq.... I did not help her financially she gave me the cash I paid the bill! And NO I have not had the opportunity to ask her about it!

you sure don't need any enemies.

Sounds like she failed to pay her account or cancelled early and incurred an early penalty charge.

You might consider NOT helping her financially in a way that can come back and bite you.

What did she say when you asked her "what's up?"....You did ask, right?
