they sent me last years boxes that both broke in 2 mons,had to pay 30.00 or add 3 mons. to my contract,they told me to go to direct tv for that they dont handle that ! installer mess up my cable modem ran cables that crossed comcasts and had to pay comcast 75.00 to have it fixed!!!!
