DJR Group CMG Group Collection Calls for acct. that has been paid for 2 years, Internet

I was having money problems, and unfortunately, took payday loans from the DJR and CMG groups.  Well, the bank closed my account and they were unable to take the money from a closed acct.  The collection calls started, and I made arrangements to pay back the DJR and CMG groups, which I did pay off 2 years ago.  Since that time, I continue to get collection and threatening phone calls, even though I have sent proof to at least a dozen different collectionagencies in the past 2 years showing the loans were paid.

These calls threaten me with "arrest warrants, wage levy, coming to my place of employment, etc."  I have started just to tell them "Go ahead, issue a warrant".  I cannot get a physical address for DJR or CMG Group, or even a valid internet address = all the web sites I go to with their address connected to it are Payday Loan sites, of which I want nothing to do with (learned my lesson).  Does anyone have a valid physical or internet address where I can reach these companies?  None of the collection agencies will provide this for me.
