Does your business have a bad reputation?
Fix it the right way.
Corporate Advocacy Program™
DMC (Dynamic Marketing Concepts) is a dance-on-the-gray line questionable company. One can ony look as far as the internet for validation. I took it further, I spoke to someone who went through the hiring process -- this lasted one day.
Real people in business know shaky operators, DMC is one of them based on the data that I've received.
Look at their website, no details. The site is a front with, a must say, a hot little staff.
I'm not saying the most of the DMC employees are scum. I believe the president to a be a scum bag.

What A Joke

They hired me right out of school and made huge promises, including salary level and the actual work I would be doing. Turns out, the salary is all commission, and the work is driving around all day going to literally every business you pass, and walking in and trying to sell them things (for me, it was office supplies). You have to pay for your own gas, you get no benefits, and the training period is completely unpaid.
They like to scoop up recent college grads with little or no experience because they don't know any better. The interview process is a joke (after 45 minutes I GUARANTEE they will offer you a job). They hire pretty girls and smooth-talking men - this is their main strategy in selling the products they offer! However, Cindy Crawford would have trouble walking into a car dealership and trying to sell them $1000 worth of paper and pens.
I felt compelled to post this because accepting this job ended up setting me back months and months, months I could have spent doing a worthwhile internship or interviewing for a real job. This is a warning for all recent college grads looking into this company: Please, please, PLEASE to not accept this job, no matter how great they make it seem. You will be disappointed (and broke!) at the end of the day.

It doesn't really matter what flavor of sales one is doing, it is all the same. It is all door to door in some form and fashion. More importantly there are companies out there doing things ethically. If DMC Atlanta is not a place for you to work then go about your way and do not criticize how others make a great living and enjoy their life. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but that opinion might be skewed or worse, met with a harsh response. You should find a nice support position that relies on an account executive to make sales and bring in business so you can receive a check at the end of the week-that's all I'm saying. Nothing happens until a sale is made-nothing.

I am not sure what problems you could possibly have going through job interview but most take several hours due to testing. This is marketing company and it clearly stated so on the website.
