Calfornia DMV has sent my Renewal Registration 3 months late, creating Penalty Fees of ~ $ 100 for 2011 AND 2012. My address has not changed at all. This is bogus, and I believe they are doing it intentionally to collect more fees. I've been reading that this is happening more and more, and they need to be called out on it. The fee amounts to 33% of my registration renewal. SCAM! Please file a report here if you are having the same experience.
