I WAS CONTACTED MY DOMINION FINANCAIL IN MID NOVEMBER 2004 IT REGARDS TO A MASTERCARD WITH A CREDIT LINE OF NO LESS THAN $5,000. ALL I HAD TO DO IS PAY A PROCESSING FEE OF $279. THE MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT ON DEC.1ST. IT IS NOW THE 2ND OF FEB 2005 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE CARD. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS MORNING AND WAS HUNG UP ON SEVERAL TIMES. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR AND WAS TOLD THAT ONE WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND I NEEDED TO CALL BACK. I THEN CALLED BACK AND AGAIN, A SUPERVISOR WAS NOT AVAILABLE. I THEN SAID I DID NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS AND WANTED MY MONEY BACK. I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT GET MY MONEY BACK AND WAIT FOR MY PAKAGE TO ARRIVE. I ASKED THE PERSON I WAS TALKING TO ON THE PHONE WHAT HIS NAME WAS FOR WHEN I DO GET TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR AND HE TOLD ME HIS NAME WAS "MONEY" AND HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. I HAVE SEEN THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER REPORTS LIKE THIS AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE.
