This is a flower shop that is down the street from my house. I went in to order a corsage for my grandparents anniversary party. i told her i wanted a lilly dipped in lilac. I went back on saturday to pick it up and she has a white rose in the box for me to pick up. When i told her thats not what i ordered she said she didnt like how it looked so this is why she left it white. I also ordered 30 tulips to be sprayed in metallic. When i get there she doesnt have a single tulip ready for me. I waited 1 hour for her to prepare the tulips and on top of that she charges me an additional $6 on my credit card for the spray with out asking for authorization. I asked her a week in advance what my total was for the tulips and the spray she told me 31.80 then shetacks on additional money. She was not honest and a horrible business. i will never use her services again. I should've stuck to flower alley in novi, mi
