Even AS insurance said they will not pay due to faulty construction. You can see the state of the house at drhorton.webs.com and I am quite frankly disgusted. I am now looking at over $10,000 in repairs, why? because this D R Horton home was not built to stand the test of time and weather! D R Horton customer service end their emails with Have a nice day! and the exclamation mark is a sign of ignorance and being cocky. My house was maintained and painted, didn't make a difference, its what the underneath is like that effects the longevity.
