I also received this letter stating the same thing. I guess this is a legal rip-off , because if you look on the back of the letter you read, "You have not won any money" and it will also state that the D.R.D main office is not liable for any entries made. I guess otherwise they are saying, you haven't won any money, but if you send us 19.95 we are not liable because you believed our lie, that you actually won some money. It also says on the back of the letter that their company may be under different creative presentation. What is that suppose to mean? It also says on the back of the letter, for those who did believe this company's lie, that if within 60 days you write to  customer service P.O. Box 433, Plainview, NY 11803-0433, you can request a refund of your money. I guess this is another reason it is legal for this company to try and rob people.
This company should be put out of business!! I am sorry for those who did believe this letter, for indeed it does look authentic, and I do hope you will write their customer service office to request a refund. I would imagine they would be required to give it back to you, since it is written on their document. What a sorry, sorry way to rip people off. I hope they one day will get what's coming to them.
