CONCIERGE ASSET MANAGEMENT. FACELESS CORPORATION, MISREPRESENTATION, LIES and FRAUD in my opinion and based on my personal experiences in my first month here. 
 
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AT THE HOUSTON OFFICE IS ONE TO INCITE AND POINT YOU OUT WHILE PLAYING GAMES WITH YOU SINCE YOU CALLED. IT HAPPENED TO ME.
 
READ THEIR WEBSITE. ALL OF THOSE WORDS ARE JUST THAT, WORDS. NO INTEGRITY HERE.

SOMEBODY HAD A GREAT IDEA, SO, FIRE ALL THOSE WORTHLESS INDIVIDUALS SO YOUR COMPANY CAN GET BACK TO YOUR CORE VALUES AND BEING A GOOD COMPANY. 

NO HOT WATER. Will not fix it and will address it only to not do a thing about it. They will not disclose it to you, so read it and trust in the other reviews as well. 

THEY ARE ON A BOILER SYSTEM. ANCIENT. Turn water on, go do something for a bit and then come back to it for it to be warm or even hot at that point. 

The remodels are not remodels. They put in new blinds carpet appliances and move the ceiling fans over with new ones. Leaving the holes you can still see in the ceiling. My blinds had all these kewl doggie chew marks all over them.
The same doggies obviously ate all of the edges of the sheetrock as well. They rented this rat nest this way. What does that tell you? My fault for not bringing a flash light with me when we looked at it. 

Their LEAD Maintenance man, as referred to, put in mis matched blinds as a fix to the blinds that had been eaten. He puts in woodgrain blinds next to the plain blinds in every room. What a conversation piece for my guests, yep, we are
just trying to figure out which blinds we want to go with. 

What a joke, what an embarrassment, what a bunch of trailer trash fixes they try and get away with here.

MISMATCHED BLINDS IN EVERY ROOM. OMG.  

FIVE DIFFERENT TEXTURES IN OUR APARTMENT. Roll on, splatter drag, spray on drip, none and made up texture for the repairs. Not to mention all the finger marks in the texture. What a bunch of winners here.  

REMODELED, MY LEFT AZZCHEEK. 

Nasty baseboards. All of them. Dog chew marks all over where it was trying to get into another room. 

REMODELED, WHAT A JOKE. 

I turned in a laundry list of stuff wrong with the apartment, stuff we could not see with it dark and not until we shed light on it and moved our boxes.  We got no response on this work list. NONE.  I finally wrote to the corp office the "how did we do" chklist on their own website, the same website that says their core value is to "deliver" and "we care" where others do not. 

That is a crock. They laugh at you at the corporate level and hide behind "privacy" caller id. I made one complaint through their own "how did we do" on the repairs survey  and am met with "oh, we know all about you". 
 
The district manager wants you to shut up and move out if you do not like it and will not listen even conveying yourself properly. This is not worth her time. Why on earth would they let someone in that position is beyond me. She
slandered me all across the office by yelling out to everyone how upset I was, when I was only trying to convey how this affected us. She did not care, move out was her best suggestion. Core values coming from a person with no morals or
compassion at our issue and the grief it is causd.

They left my back door wide open so my wife and I had to take inventory on our belongings and spend four hours killing mosquitoes. We walked into a unsecure environment due to their negligence. 

They pilfered our belongings and moved things that had no bearing on the fixing of the things in the apartment and are not trustworthy. 

All these things the asst. manager said they would fix on the walk through two days previous, and then we find all these "trailer trash" fixes done by worthless workers. 

Re addressing with the asst. manager, I ask her, why on earth am I having to point those same things out AGAIN.  
It takes my wife and I sometimes up to a minute to get the front door lock to work as they cut keys that do not open the door and have to be jiggled for sometimes up to a minute to get them to work. My wife's security is not a concern for them. The asst. manager said she would replace it and now after all this acts like it needs to be tested again and made me explain that same thing again to her. 

THEY WILL NOT DO AS THEY SAY THEY WILL AND THEN PLAY YOU LIKE A FOOL.  

THEY ARE NOT LIVING UP TO THE EXACT THING THEY SAY THEY WILL DO ON THEIR WEBSITE. FRAUDS AND MISREPRESENTATION.

FIRST MONTH HERE what an eye opener.

EMAIL COMPLAINT::::ABUSE NOTED ABOVE

This is the response to the corporate office about them entering our apartment, leaving the door open, fixing things like trailer trash after talking with the corporate office and then the district manager.
 
I point out their own values and convey in this email:

  Our promise is simplewe will deliver.  Our commitment is to provide a comfortable and pleasant living environment
through service, attention to detail and exacting expectations.
 
I call your corporate office this morning and get "we know all about you". Why? Because I voiced a complaint in a civil manner and now I am marked because I brought the inadequate service and apartment to your attention. You guys come into our apartment and leave our back door open for all to steal, for every mosquito to come in. I spent 4 hours killing mosquitoes last night, taking inventory after I see our belongings have been pilfered, and in the midst of explaining these things in a cordial manner, your district manager does not want to hear it, and yells across the room at how upset I am at the other employees. I advise her once again, that this is disheartening that I trusted your misrepresentation, that I trusted your walk through and your promise to fix all the areas of concern. I have not once ranted, cursed or say anything off of the subject.

Your district manager response is "do you want to move" with a tonality that you all just want us to move on. This is now discrimination against us for saying something about all the false advertising of the apartment and misleading information as well as your own violation of the core values of why you are in business. It says you care, but when conveying this your district manager says she will hang up on me, not for cursing, not for yelling, not for anything else but her pure desire to not hear my reason for being disheartened over your complex and the work that is the exact opposite of what you portray and represent and state on your website.

Me or my wife do not deserve to have this happen to us.

You are now finding yourself in a serious situation with us for discrimination, misrepresentation and violation of our civil rights. Your company can have someone with patience, proper tonality and professionalism give me a call to settle these differences. Someone besides this district manager that just wants you to shut up.
 
It is obvious your company has now labeled me and will discriminate against me for voicing my concerns.

Do you have anyone there that will take this issue seriously and apologetically?
   
A couple of days later. Attempting to fix. 

Okay now, and after all this. They pass it all the way back to the asst. manager. She calls me, I see there is not a care so I just let it go. {But, I already know they are going to retaliate, mark me, shun me when I need to address the
office in any way.}

The asst. manager assures everything is getting done, they reorder blinds and then she asks me if I would like to come by and get the keys as they have now replaced the lock on the front door. She also has the parking space paperwork ready and to come by and initial the front page and this is not the first time she has used the term initial the front page only over our several conversations. I voice to her I am uncomfortable coming by there {and my gut feeling is to
take my wife as a witness} and that I am just not happy about how people really are treated after they lease. She assures me that she will have the keys in an envelope that all I have to do is grab them and leave and I can initial the
first page of the contract for adding the parking space{how many times she has said this is amazing} so I say , okay, I will stop by. 
 
About 5:45 that evening I stop by, and this obese balding guy sitting up front has this scowl on his face as he greets me sitting on the couch. I advise him I am there to get my keys and that the asst. manager sd they would be in an
envelope, he said rudely, as I expected, that I need to sign my lease, and I say, no, I am here to get my keys as they are replacements. He still says no, that I have to sign my lease to get my keys, and I am telling him no, that the
asst. manager said they would be in an envelope and that I only had to initial the front page for the changes for the parking space, he says as a smart assss pointing at an empty chair, that she is not here to have the conversation now
is she, and that it is by law that I sign the lease what a jerk , then I stop and demand my keys as I already have a lease in place, he is literally trying to box me in an uncomfortable situation now, the same thing I advised
the asst manager I did not want to get trapped with, and here it is, I advise him of just that, I will not be cornered in an argument by him and was leaving and bald fat boy standing there then putting his hands on the desk and looking
across at me and asks like a jerk, when can I expect you in the morning with a tonality and total rudeness and that I am supposed to come by attitude, and I advised him that I will come by when I am ready.   I left, talked to my wife, and she is just as amazed and ticked as I am. This complex has it in for you once you voice a cncern.
  
FED-EX PACKAGE:       10-12-12
 
I get home, realize there is a Fed-Ex drop off at the office. I get down there at 6:01 pm, and sitting there is the same leasing agent that leased to us. I am thinking, okay, this is 6:00 by all standards and technically 6:01 and he is
sitting right there 3 feet away from me and ignoring me. I am waving a simple Fed-Ex notice and now feeling like a fool because we are 3 feet away from each other and he will not acknowledge me in the least. Two ladies working in the office walking on by, ignoring you. Then one finally comes over after making me wait for 3 minutes and opens the door, I advise her I am only there for a package and sorry to interrupt. You can tell how they just turn their back on you that
you are pathetic for interrupting them, doing nothing.
 
REASONS TO PASS UP THIS RATS NEST::::::::::
 
1. NOISE FROM DUMPSTERS AT 6-7 a.m. from the business dumpsters lined up next to the complex. OMG, good luck with your sanity here. DO YOU HEAR ME, BECAUSE IF YOU MOVE HERE, THESE DUMPSTERS COMING AT 6 A.M. WILL HAVE YOUR NERVES FRAYED. BUSINESS DUMPSTERS LINED UP ALONG THE APARTMENT COMPLEX, NOT JUST THE COMPLEX
DUMPSTERS.
 
2. SMALLEST DUMPSTERS in the world, so expect that weekend to relax and enjoy at your complex to be flawed with the wonderful view of trash stacked around the wide open dumpsters.

3. YOU CAN NOT OPEN THE DUMPSTERS, THE DOORS ON THEM STUCK SHUT. TRASH PILES UP.
 
4. NO HOT WATER FOR SEVERAL MINUTES AND NOW SEEING OUR FIRST BILL FROM THE TOWN OF ADDISON, IT IS HIGH DUE TO HAVING TO RUN THE WATER FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME TO FINALLY GET HOT WATER. .....................................$ 67.00 WATER AND SEWER BILL FOR 30 DAYS OF USE. SO ADD THAT ONTO THE RENT THEY CHARGE AND YOU WILL FIND THIS IS NOT A PLACE THAT WILL SAVE YOU MONEY.  JOHN, OUR LEASING AGENT IS NOTHING MORE THAN A PURE LIAR. HE SAYS 20-25 BUCKS AND LIED TO US.

5. NO HOT WATER as you will wait for several minutes to get it going. You can walk off and do something else for a bit to finally come back to warm to hot water. No guarantees.

6. NO HOT WATER as you have to turn it on for a while to "prime it" to wash your clothes in hot water. What a joke.

7. CRAP FOR PARKING and good luck with the two trucks rolling through towing cars out of their fake handy cap parking spaces. 

8. NOT REMODELED as they have five different textures in our apartment and leased it with dog eaten blinds, crooked cabinets, shotty baseboards and ceiling fans that are not centered and you can see where the old ceiling fan or light
fixture was. Great job of remodeling. Crooked bathroom cabinet, slopes downward, what an embarrassment. Crooked bathroom accessories, no time taken.

9. CHIGGARS-REDBUGS all over the lawn outside, as we go play Tennis on the courts, you are being eaten alive by redbugs. They do not take care of pesticides for the landscape but will charge you $2.50 a month for pest service, something extra to your lease so read what you will actually be paying. THEY WILL FEED ON YOU, THINK I AM JOKING?

10. TENNIS COURTS with no lights, we were sold on playing Tennis, but all of the light poles have been bolted shut. What a misrepresentation and fraud to sell us on this and not disclose that.  TENNIS IN THE DARK. YA LIKE THAT.

11. CONCIERGE ASS ET MANAGEMENT is not at all the company they say they are on the website so do not believe that bunch of malarkey. They want you gone if you bring these things to your attention.

12. NOT TRUSTWORTHY - PILFERING OUR BELONGINGS as they went to areas in my apartment and removed things from my bed that they had no business touching. They left my back door open for all to come in and steal and then make you the bad guy for voicing your concern.

13. DISTRICT MANAGER will not listen to you, defames your character across the room to other employees if you voice your concern. 

14. RETALIATION FOR VOICING YOUR CONCERNS.

15. DENY SELECTION as we are looking at several apartments of the same floor plan that were not mentioned to us. This leasing agent specifically put us there and now we know why, for all these things they did not want to disclose.

16. HANDYCAP PARKING is only a money maker for them, as you can look for a 100 yards and not see another handicap space. And, it is not even marked properly and lawfully. Not one handy cap person living anywhere around either. Nice to
know you have scumbag two truck drivers with whatever felonies on them probing around the complex at night. I feel unsafe, uneasy and distracted knowing they are preying on cars while we are sleeping. 

17.  TRUST IN THE FACT THAT THIS IS A BAD PLACE TO LIVE. 

18. CONCIERGE ASSET MANAGEMENT - CORPORATE OFFICE IS THE WORST IN DALLAS IN MY OPINION. NO INTEGRITY AS THEY DO NOT ADHERE TO THEIR OWN POLICY, AND YOU THINK THEY CARE? THE OFFICE STAFF DOES WHAT THEY WANT TO BECAUSE THE CORPORATE OFFICE CONDONES IT AND ACT THE SAME EXACT WAY.
 
EVERYONE IN MY BUILDING AND NEXT TO US, HAS THE SAME OPINION. POPULAR OPINION AND AMONG THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE A SOLID ON THIS PLACE SUCKING HARD. 
 
DO NOT LET THOSE OFFICE STAFF FOOL YOU, THEY ARE THE WORST IN DALLAS COUNTY.
