So they lie about your payoff amount, take the extra money they collect, and keep it, and get away with it. It's a shame these people are even allowed to do business. If there is a lawsuit against these idiots - I believe I have good grounds. I also think that they should have to pay me interest on the money they owe me -they sure make a killing off other people that way!
Beware of this company who has now changed their name to Santander completely.
