Dropshipdesign has numerous complaints via this forum and complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Part of their scam is to have you dispute it through the BBB. They will offer you only 10% of the possible $200-400 you originally paid for their services. Most people refuse the BBB and dropshipdesign settlement offer because its peanuts compared to your original investment! The scam even gets better. If you paid for their services through paypal, paypal insurance does not cover "virtual web" sales. Paypal insurance only covers tangible physical objects.
Today I received a call from Frank (801) 716-3032. He portrayed himself as a EBAY employee till I further questioned him. Then he told me he was from dropshipdesign. I told him about my problems and concerns. He told me he didn't care and, "its people like me that don't know how to make money". He continued to be rude and laughed and told me he has millions of customers and he's making his money, and he told me "maybe you should learn how to make money like me". He continued to over talk me, with his EBAY sells pitch. I ended the call and have since had the charges reversed at my bank. Please note that there are numerous individuals involved with this scam. They are through-out the USA. They own and operate numerous websites that sell the same services. I am reporting this company to my Attorneys General office and all other governing agencies! DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY!
