2,500.00 to hold price on home , was not even built yet. They were to obtain financing. They could not get it funded, so wanted money back. I think ya ll know what happened, or i would not be here. Went to bbb , no help. These folks are real crooks, thief's & liar's. Dont deal with these ass's. Only thing i can truly say is, that they are real pros at taking your money
