DSW/HDS Swift Transportation Digby Southwest Sold me a Rolled over truck and STOLE my money Internet, Arizona

LInda is the sales person for DSW- she was trying to sell my husband a truck, it was covered with mud and they wouldnt even hose it off for us. We asked for the Carfax report - to which she replied "the don't make those for semis!" And I told her yes they do and this truck has 5 incidents on it, now will your company pay to get the reports? She said "no if you want them so bad you pay the $40". We asked her for the maintainance report for the truck -she said oh no it will take 3 days to get that.We asked her to her face "has this truck been in any accidents?" she said hey I got 120 trucks, you can't expect me to know about all of them, but no this one hasn't been in any accident, and if you don't want this truck I have another guy waiting on it. Under duress, because my husband had to pay rent he signed the paper. He drove the next day to phoenix, and talking to the mechanics he just asked if her could have a copy of the maintainance report, the man said sure no problem, and it was alot of papers to print out. For one month my husband drove that truck with constant problems,replacing several starters alone. The truck would not stay running,fuses blowing all the time, having to call breakdown, and we got charged for everybit of these preexisting problems. When my husband got back to tucson he told linda he wanted the maintainaice report, to which she replied it would take her another 3 days.MY husband did not leave without that report, at that point I was on the truck with him. We had to waste our own money on fuel just to keep the power on in the cab.Reading that report we found alot of things that DSW had hidden from us. That the starter had just been replaced ( whats that make 3 in 5 months ) the truck had been twice backed off the blacktop at a truckstop and they had to have it towed out, and right after that the driver did it again !!! Also when the truck was 6 months old it was rolled over in feb. in NY. It slid 75 ft landing in water. You cannot tell me Doug did not know about this! The state of NY had to shut the highway down.When we told doug we had the police report, he simply replied that "sometimes people "the police?" exaggerate when it comes to this stuff.

What it came down to is out of the 2 months my husband drove that truck we grossed $30,000 - all we got to bring home was just under $3,000.Doug said it was truck payment which was supposed to be $450 a week, and all the rest of out money went to maintainance, for a truck that had been rolled over and in 2 accidents which we were lied about.

 When we signed up we were told 10% of your paycheck would be more than enough to cover your maintainance acct. So we put in 10 %. Used parts were put on our truck and we were charged for full price new ones.

When we got back the final time, my husband said, look lets make this fair " just apply what you have taken from my maintaince acct and put it on a new truck and we can call it all even, I make my payments on my new truck". To which doug replied' NO, this is what I am gonna go for you, I will put 500$ in your maintaiance acct or you can go find another job, you will just have to understand this is a very expensive lesson in the trucking industry for you."  And at that point his fat a** sat back in his chair and grinned because he just ripped us off.

He may have more lawyers than us,because we can't afford any thanks to him. But no matter how many you have it doesn't make stealing from the hard working man/woman right.
