DVD Donkey Prolex Technologies DVD Donkey Scam Miami Florida

On January 24, 2008, I ordered The Johnny Cash Show Seasons 1 and 2 30 DVDs from DVD Donkey. I received emails telling me that my order was on back order and would be sent as soon as it was in stock. I waited and waited. Nothing happened. I called the phone numbers listed on the complaint board and keep talking to people telling me that my money would be refunded or that it had already been refunded. I am tired of the run around by a scam company. My order number is 196690. My refund ID is 30548. The name of a manager is Sadie. I am entitled to a refund amount of $164.92. I was told by the company that the product I ordered does not even exist!
