I placed an order for a DVD in December 2007. They overcharged my credit card by $20.00 and I have never received my DVD.

I have continually tried to reach them with little or no success. Their phone was never answered and now it is not listed on their website and neither is their email address.

I did ichat with a "live representative" and they also took that offline. They kept promising my DVD was shipped, even sending me a fake Canadian Post confirmation number.

I have a lot of documentation and would love to get my $85.00 back and get these criminals caught. I realize I am not alone and that many people have been ripped off by these people.
