I tried to contact them several times, however this "company" has several different telephone numbers but no one to answer them! I finally had someone pick up the phone and they informed me that it was backordered and they would ship it out as soon as possible.
This was to be a Christmas gift but had now turned into a birthday gift for my Mom whos b'day is in March! They sent me plenty of emails that said my purchase was on backorder, but never replied to my emails when I sent them asking where the purchase was. Now it had turned into a Mother's Day gift - but NOPE, couldn't be that either. No Product!!!
So, I tried to click on a link they had on their emails that was supposed to allow you to cancel your order - it does nothing! It only took me to a blank screen that obviously had no confirmation of cancellation.
Despite my efforts, no one ever picked up the phone or returned my emails. I was debited on Dec. 12 2007 and it has now been almost a whole year - no DVDS or refund!!!
