He paid $79.99 for the Complete set of the "Get Smart" series.
We waited, no DVD's. I wrote them a email via their website. It took a couple of times, they responded only that we would get a refund in 5-7 business days.
They did not respond to my email when I asked:
What is their mailing or physical address?
What is their phone number?
Who can I talk too?
No response.
We are still waiting for our refund.
