Well we are yet another victim of the infamous DVD Planet.org. After ordering my husband's Christmas present from them early in November and being sent numerous emails and excuses, this order still remains unfulfilled. We have now requested a refund but Gee Wizz. they now tell us their bank has closed! Please, how stupid do they think we are..... first their supplier closed down and now their bank - hmmmm..
Well, I have included my latest response to them here and I guess we'll see if I get a response. Please people, do not order from this company - I can only believe that they are great scam artists!
Thankyou for your extremely dubious "help"! I must say that your company is extremely good at making excuses as to why your orders are not fulfilled - I'm just unsure why every other company I have dealt with does not have these same issues! I guess you just have extremely bad luck in servicing your customers - gee so sorry that this has now resulted in my husband not receiving his Christmas present, although it was ordered in the first week of November! I have read an email response on a complaint forum from your director in which he states that customers complain after not waiting the full two week for delivery. hmmm. well I would have thought that over two months was more than giving you guys "a go". And come on, your bank has now closed and you cannot give refunds? Perhaps you should adjust your website to reflect such information (but I'm sure you won't do that either). Are you guys making an absolute killing by ripping all these people off? And no phone number. yes I read the excuses.
Yes, could you please send out a THIRD set of the Get Smart DVD's (if in fact the first set was even ever sent out!) via FedEx. Oh and perhaps you might like to confirm the address with me before you send it (oh for the third time of course).
Are you sure you guys are not sending this out through a third world postal service (I've just never heard of an American or Canadian postal service being so unreliable)? Perhaps seeing you have so much trouble with your items getting lost in the post, you would also consider hopping on a plane and flying to Australia and personally delivering it to us. lets see if you will promise that too - then you may even be able to claim the cost of airfairs on your tax! Let's see if you make this unfilled promise also? I guess the only thing I can say is that you guys must have so much fun replying to our emails with such unprofessional excuses and I do wonder how far you can drag it on and continue wasting our valuable time and money - I guess I now understand the saying "laughing all the way to the bank"! Providing the bank remains open of course!
