DVD Tiger Deceitful pratices. After 3 months and 3 e-mails they keep saying dvds are on the way wait another 3-5 days. As of 2/21/13 still no dvds. Internet

Ordered from DVD Tiger a Complete DVD Collection of Twilight Zone TV epidsodes. On 12/7/12 order shipping was to occur in 2-3 weeks. Due to Christmas order may take longer. On 1/2/13 no dvds so an e-mail was sent. Gordon Kennedy Customer Support Manager responded that processing, packaging and shipping takes 5-7 days then another 1-3 weeks before it's delivered. On 1/22/13 still no dvds, another e-mail and response from Kennedy stating they will trace thru Post Office and we should be notified in 3-5 working days. On 1/31/13 still no pkg and no response. Another e-mail and Mr. Kennedy states he spoke with customs broker and pkg cleared for shipping and should arrive 3-5 working days. Also, they were billed $18 for taxes and duties at no cost to me. Pkg should be with my postal carrier. On 2/18/13 still no pkg. I checked with postal carrier and with Post Office and no pkg was attempted to be delivered. I have sent another e-mail which was returned undeliverable and have re-sent but have not received any response. I believe the company is leading me on and that no package is forthcoming. I have contacted my credit card company and they are also submitting a dispute with DVD Tiger for refund.
