Age really doesn't matter, but my mother is 78 years old and really asked all the right questions and still got ripped off! So, I guess the only possible action that we can take is to try to go back through her credit card company and see if they can help get her money back. DVD Tiger said that the charge would appear on the credit card as "XEO VENT" and that Your Satisfaction is 100% Guarenteed. They are also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and get this: our#1 priority is your satisfaction. Well that is a load!! So, buyer beware, if it looks to good to be true, then yes they are ripping people off!
Will never buy again for just anyone on the internet and that is sad, because there are some legit businesses out there, but if your name is not well known, then forget it. People like DVD Tiger / XEO VENT have hurt your business!
