Ordered DVD on Dec. 7, 2013 was to receive in 3 weeks.  Nine weeks latter still have not received.  Receiving many excuses - the Post Office keeps losing the DVD's.  I don't know why he keeps returning email.  Took the money and likes playing game but will not ship merchandise.
