DVDTiger.comr ROGERS IS CONSULTING Order DVD's Father Dowling And Ellery Queen. Complete Sets. Ellery Queen disc q1 did not work. Father Dowling disc 1-7 did nt work. Tried in 2 dvd players and computer same problem. Burlington, Ontario
We will replace them free of charge.Take as long as you need. No time limit on replacements.
We will contact our suppliers the have replacements shipped out. I ask for return authorization They said take as long as need. NO time limit. NO need to return bad discs. They will replace them.
Some what condensed version of what was e-mailed to me.
Waited couple weeks e-mailed them again. They said were waiting for supplier to send out.
After many tries to get them by e-mail I contacted credit card company. THe want me to take it to someone to check discs to make sure they are bad write a report and fax them information. Which cost me dollars per sheet to send them. I said could send them by e-mail. THey said could not do that. Could not because e-mail would be violation . I said can you get on web site? They said yes. Gave them your site. Or I can foward it to you by computer.
Was told this would break a privacy agreement. I said how would it? This is public knowledge The public can get to this side. No confidentiality problem here that I can see. Then they said did not have way to get to internet. I said why do you have .com address? If you could not get onto internet or get e-mails why do you have this type of address? Once again maybe I I wrong.
So now I must get the discs to a company to write something on letterhead that discs do not work and mail or fax them information. Had filed claim over phone and filed claim by internet. (they said did not have any way of communcation by internet) They did not want communication I had by e-mail . But in a letter by postal service said did not have enough information.
Am I getting ripped off again??? Had problem with amazon while ago. Took one phone call to another credit card company. In two days amazon credited my account. No problems no hassle. Why could this credit card company not do the same? She parroted back same information from before.
So going to try doing it by us mail.
Now it is quickly become a principle think. Which you end up spending way to much time and money on because it is a principle thing. I hope others will learn of this problem. Ans add their voices to mine. Maybe we can change this.
. Tired of feeling like getting pipped off.
I think in my opinion DVDTiger figures people will not go to that much effort and just give up. That way they can keep money and go on.
Sorry about bad spelling and so long winded just wanted to get facts in so you can judge.
