Further research is required to find out if it was indeed Creech under investigation. A simple search of the LA County Sheriff's prison information may reveal if he was arrested and the charges. You guys here have enough contempt for him that I am sure more information will become available.

Koa Creech is a Registered Sex Offender

You can find him by doing a search on the Megan's Law Sex Offender Registry web site. It even has a mug shot of him.
Some people can con and lie their way around things for years, but it looks like the Beverly Hills Police finally caught up with this one. Talk around the neighborhood is that this offense involved a 13 year old girl. I don't know for sure, but he was either convicted, or the case against him was so strong that he felt that he had to plead guilty in order stay out of prison.
I don't know about cons involving him and money, but all parents should be aware of his criminal history involving young women.
