DALE EUGEN aka DALE MATRIX uses individulals to STEP ON as he tries to climb up the ladder of success. Six years ago he tried to produce a local movie in the city of Houston. Instead of going about it the way professionals do, DALE EUGENE approached individuals he knew, including a local Pastor and asked to borrow the money to get it off the ground. People loaned him the money, myself included and even helped him by advertising for the Talent or Actors to appear in the movie.

After explaining his vision for the movie DALE EUGENE signed a promissory note which stated that we would be repaid the $600 dollars whithin six months. Shortly thereafter DALE EUGENE could not be contacted. Everyone knew it was a SCAM at that point. He changed his phone number and spent everyone's money! After 5 years I conected with him on FACE BOOK to his surprise. DALE EUGENE now pretends that he doesn't have money even though he is uploading photos of himself coming out of Limos (trying to keep up with the Jones')

DALE EUGENE is running a SCAM and you should stay far away from this individual unless you want to GIVE him your hard earned money! DALE EUGEN works around children so please be very very careful. A man who has no integrity of character and won't honor his word should not be trusted around children. I filed this RIPOFF REPORT to warn others that DALE EUGENE may try to BORROW money from you in the future, and to let those that he has already borrowed/stolen from, know that they can now contact him on his FACE BOOK page.
