Dallas Crilley, Asterisk Web Solutions, Singularity Records, FRAUD, THIEF, Violates Federal Laws, Beware, Keep Away Dallas Texas

Dallas Crilley is the owner of Asterisk Web Solutions, Singularity Records.  My experience is Dallas Crilley does no more that lie and steal.  

Dallas Crilley along with his Dad a PR Professional in Dallas played this 3 week long game attempting to get me to turn over all my internet files, app code, etc simply with the intent to steal it.  

Naturally I did not agree to these terms, so Dallas Crilley and Asterisk Web Solutions used a free website copy software and sole my website and created an exact copy of it.

This is an obvious violation of Federal Law and why one would even think this would go unnoticed or more importantly without consequences.  They over played there hand many times, however this time Dallas Crilley committed a Federal Offence.

So prior to doing any business with Dallas Crilley and Asterisk Web Solution you might should just agree to their terms or they will just steal your product anyway.  NOT!!  

Dallas Crilley his father and the thief of a real estate agent in Southlake they conspired with have more on their hands than they might want to handle.
