After Dan‘s target arrived to work and entered the building, the manager waved to Dan’s target through the office window to come into the office. As Dan’s target stood in the office doorway receiving extra hours and instructions that go with the work, Dan Bouchard started blowing loud lengthy kisses at his target (which is another man) and calling him names. When his target noticed the manager who was giggling at Dan’s actions witnessed this incident but wasn’t acting on it, the target understandably said, “Quit acting like a q***r”.  At this point the good for nothing manager stopped giggling at Dan’s actions and told the target to ‘knock it off’, and the extra hours she just gave the target person were taken away. There were four witnesses in the room when this went down.

Dan’s target person from June 27^th was informed that the manager provoked the kiss-blowing incident before the target even walked in the building. This explains why she was giggling and not correcting Dan on his actions. The whole thing was staged for a laugh at the targets expense. Dan Bouchard was the tool used to carry out the boss’s prank, since she couldn’t do it herself in her position.

Less than a couple weeks later, after Dan Bouchard’s target has had some time to view some video’s and other materials on ‘workplace bullying’, and receiving harassing phone calls for the last two weeks, Dan’s target person who put up with years of abuse finally quit and walked out of a job he loved and wanted to keep, but couldn’t.

Dan Bouchard is the reason why his target person moved to an entirely different Wisconsin county in 2012. Now Dan Bouchard is the reason why his target had to wrongfully surrender his main job because of the ongoing harassment.

Dan Bouchard’s target person is informed by a former coworker that Dan is openly talking in public about his target person’s brand new job in an entirely different county, that he’s had only a couple weeks. This is strong proof of Dan Bouchard’s stalking. His target has had this new job just a matter of weeks. This new job was acquired without any reference calls that could build bridges to the last place of employment. The ONLY way Dan could have known this is through stalking. DAN J. BOUCHARD IS DANGEROUS! Dan is a stalker that makes his moves quickly. Dan has clearly proved that he will not go away, even after causing his target person to relocate to a different part of the state.

Dan J. Bouchard stalks out his target at his place of employment and conducts an undeserved violent anti-social attack. Dan Bouchard shows up at his target person’s part time weekend job yelling anti-social comments, insults and giving finger gestures from a moving vehicle while displaying a ‘crazy’ behavior in addition to the wrongs he was committing. The target person, alarmed by the fact that this man will not go away and leave him alone, went after the license plate number of the vehicle he was in, and then called the Menomonee Falls police, who then switched him over to the Milwaukee county Sheriffs office because Dan’s vehicle was headed in there direction.

The target person made it quite clear to both law enforcement agencies that he wants all contacts from Dan J. Bouchard to stop, and that he was willing to press whatever charges are needed.

In the days following the 10-06-13 complaints, the investigating officer out of Menomonee Falls who was working on the complaint calls Dan’s target person on the phone. The target person is informed that Dan Bouchard has been disciplined by the Menomonee Falls Police Department because during the investigation into the complaints, a witness turned up verifying the complaints in full detail.

This report is filed by the ********* Organization based in Chicago Illinois, and serves as part of a public paper trail incase something happens to our client at the hands of Dan J. Bouchard.
