Dan was showing us a property that we later out found out wasn't even for sale. He pretended to be this nice realtor but when showing the property we found him upstairs exposing himself to my 5 year old son. He asked my son to show him his penis and to let him touch it. Dan was fully erect when we found them. Btw he had the penis of a tiny man in a circus act. Later my 78 mother had said that he tried to tongue kiss him. He is not to be trusted
