Dan Parrish tells his customers that all of his products are bran new. But I was given a used mattress delivered to my home without any plastic on it and it had bed bug eggs on it. So like weeks later, I they hatched and I was infested with bed bugs inside of my home. I have lived in this same house for like 4 years at the time, (happened in January 2012) never ever in my life experienced this before, this was the only new thing (platform bed and mattress) inside of my home. I lost all of my living  room furniture, my little girl lost her bed, mattress, and box springs as well.

Plus I was promised that my mattress would and was brand new, but was not it was repossessed or used. It cost me well almost 1000 dollars to hire a professional bug man, who had to come out and spray 2 times (the  only way to get rid of these parasites) I am a single mom and student with no extra money for this. I was not helped by Tom the manger who denied everything and told me good luck his statement to me was this "well you only spent 400 dollars on your mattress" his flippant attitude just floored me. Dan Parrish refused to speak to me at all! Beware of buying bed bug infested furniture from all of the Ashley Furniture Stores here (Dan Parrish owns them all) in Carbondale,IL.
