 I hired this builder to do a major addition to my home, and before the job was complete, I had leaks in my roof that caused a flood in the bed room and kitchen area, I had to have his crew, which turned out to be a couple of handymen and his 2 son's come back 3 times to get it corrected only when I threaten him with a lawsuit.  

He has now left me with a hole in the dining room roof which I paid someone else to fix after the 2nd storm but the 3rd storm caused it to get soggy and fall out again  making a huge mess. I called to see if he was going to send someone to fix it  , and he now says he has no workers and is on social security and is not working, so he basicly told me, he was done with me.

This is a warning to anyone that is considering him to do any work on their home. Drywall tape marks show thru , roof leaked and took 3 times to fix and left me with a large hole in the ceiling. Claims to give a 3 year warrenty, but good luck in getting him back to fix any flaws.
