Daniel Gordon bought a junk debt from Portfolio Recovery who couldn't prove a junk debt to Gottschalks, a closed bankrupt company, and filed an appeal for them, after neither Portfolio Recovery or Daniel Gordon could prove the debt, and now expects me to pay them because they filed an judgement on a debt that they haven't proved. Unbelievable! Daniel Gordon needs to find a new sandbox and bully someone else.

Did you get a summons and if so, did you show up in court? If you did not show up, they've won a default judgement and this is good, even if the debt is not yours.
