Search TipsOn my day in court the judge didn't have one thing I filed. Aylworth started out by saying I never filed any motions which was a complete lie, so he knew ahead of time the judge didn't have documentation , again next in appeals the judge again couldn't find any files or briefs I filed Hmmm..... Good thing she found my memorandum I filed with the Judge , evidence of defrauding the court. I guess the mole couldnt steal those documents.or I would of been screwed. This is why Dng uses certain court houses, there is a mole in the clerks office . But not for long, she will be charged with tampering with evidence. Trust me this firm is close to the end of their happy days. You need to file a complaint to the Oregon Attorney and the Oregon bar, every complaint made is a another eat my dust DNG

I strongly doubt the judge was bribed or paid off by Gordon or his "associates." However, what you have to realize is that they are very skilled at, in my opinion, dirty lawyer tactics. How else do you think he's gained the millions he has with that "firm" of his?
The best way to deal with this firm, especially Daniel N. Gordon, is to keep track of everything, paperwork, filings, phone conversations, etc. In my dealings with him, the paperwork usually had errors or omissions, his phone mannerisms were beyond unprofessional. This has been my experience with him. Here's a hint: Go back over everything in your case and see if he or his firm violated anything with FDCPA or State or Federal criminal laws (such as verbal threats to your person.)
Go after him, that's the way to keep him in cheque.
Good luck.
